These service terms describe trip planning, bookings and membership with Akashic VIP Flight Club. Review your selected plan or quote and the applicable payment and supplier conditions before purchasing.
Requests and quotations
Submitting a request does not buy a ticket or confirm availability. You review and approve a quote before payment. Supplier conditions and the final itinerary govern the services provided. Private-flight and boat requests require individual confirmation.
Prices and fees
The price shown is Akashic’s selling price and may include a margin. The final checkout separately displays any booking or management fee, discounts, taxes, and total. Supplier costs and our internal pricing calculations are not customer prices. Quotes may expire and must be rechecked if availability or pricing changes.
Payments and cancellations
Payments finish through PayPal. Paying a coordination quote does not by itself mean a supplier has issued a ticket or confirmed a reservation. Confirmation is supplied in your itinerary. Specific refund and cancellation conditions must be presented in your quote before approval. Contact the club before requesting changes to a booked trip.
Partner bookings
For bookings made through an external partner link, you confirm availability, final prices and terms with that provider and pay on its website. We may earn a commission on eligible bookings. The provider handles confirmations, changes and refunds; external reservations do not automatically enter your club itinerary.
Membership
Member is $150 per month. VIP Member offers $250 per month or $2,500 paid all at once for one year, saving $500 compared with 12 monthly payments of $250. Monthly plans are recurring PayPal subscriptions and continue until cancelled. You can manage recurring payments in your PayPal account. The yearly option is one payment covering one year from activation, with no automatic renewal. Your account shows your membership status, billing period and the applicable next payment or expiration date.
Membership provides the planning and coordination benefits listed with your selected plan. Travel purchases are separate. Annual group-trip availability, eligibility, destination, inclusions and any traveler contribution are confirmed for each trip before you choose to participate. No travel-price savings or free trip is guaranteed. Trip refund and cancellation conditions remain those presented in the approved quote or external provider’s booking terms.
